Can I export my financial information for accounting purposes?

Keyhook makes it easy to export your financial records when you need to send them to your accountant or process them with your accounting software.

In order to export your financial records, do the following:

Web:

1. Open the web dashboard.

2. Click the "Financials" link in the top menu.

3. On the Financials page, click the blue "Export Payments" button in the top right hand corner.

4. A modal will appear, select the date period you would like records for and if you would like records for all of your properties or a specific one.

5. You can then choose to have the generated file sent to you via email or download it directly.

App:

1. Open the Keyhook App.

2. Tap the Financials tab in the bottom blue tab bar.

3. Click the down arrow in the top right hand corner.

4. A modal will appear, select the date period you would like records for and if you would like records for all of your properties or a specific one.

5. Click send via email. Keyhook will send the resulting file to the email you have associated with your account. 

Keyhook will generate a CSV file for you with these fields: ( All amounts are in $NZD )

• Gross Earnings

• Expenses

• GST

• Net Amount Received

• Description

• Reference
