How to sign up, create an account and start using Keyhook.
Signing up to Keyhook is quick and easy.
Click the sign up page at the top right hand corner of the website to create an account and follow the prompts.
From there you can follow the instructions and finish setting up your profile.
If you have any questions at all, you can reach our support team via the chat bubble at the bottom left hand corner of your screen, or through the chat window in the Keyhook app.
As a tenant, if you have been invited to Keyhook by your landlord, you'll be automatically taken to your tenancy profile once you register an account.
If you haven't been invited to a tenancy by your landlord and are looking for a new place to call home, you'll be taken straight to our listings platform where you can search for properties across NZ.
Can't find your tenancy? As a tenant, if the email you used to register is different to the one your landlord used to invite you to Keyhook, your tenancy will not be attached to your account. If you think this is the case, please reach our support team via the chat bubble at the bottom left hand corner of your screen, or through the chat window in the Keyhook app.
