At the end of an inspection, both you and your tenants will be prompted to sign off on the inspection to indicate whether or not you are happy with the outcome.

If a tenant isn't happy with the outcome, they will be able to mark that they don't accept the outcome and include any notes as to why. A record of this will be kept in Keyhook.

At the end of the tenancy, if any of these issues are a reason for you to deduct from the bond, it will be up to you and your tenants to come to an agreement. All communications and documentation made via Keyhook will be securely stored for you to access when needed.
