How do I pay tradies for the jobs they complete?

Keyhook has minimised the administration that is required by users and automated functions like paying third parties. Paying your maintenance invoices can happen two ways:

1. If you're using our smart rent feature, Keyhook will automatically pay maintenance invoices from incoming rent payments which means you never have to pay for maintenance out-of-pocket.

2. If you're collecting rent directly from your tenant, the credit card you have on file will be billed once the job is complete.

All expenses are captured through Keyhook's intelligent property financial tracker, allowing landlords to view their revenue, costs, etc, at any time through the app.

Maintenance requests incur a $25+gst flat fee paid to Keyhook. This allows us to find you the best tradies at the best prices.
