What is the status of my maintenance request?

If you wish to view any current or past maintenance request, follow these instructions:

Mobile or Web app

1. Open up your Keyhook dashboard

2. Click on the property you wish to view the request for.

3. Scroll down to the card titled "Maintenance Requests"

4. Click on the maintenance request you wish to check on.

5. You will be presented with the latest information about this maintenance request, and if there are any actions needed by you, you will be prompted to do so here.

If you need assistance with a maintenance request, contact support@keyhook.com

Please note, if you wish to see the information from a maintenance request in a past tenancy. Please follow up to step 3, then do the following:

1. Click All Maintenance Requests

2. All the maintenance requests for this property will be in separate cards, (grouped by each tenancy).

3. Find the tenancy that this maintenance request took place in and then click on the maintenance request you wish to view.

4. You will see the finalised information for this maintenance request.
