Keyhook makes it easy to contact your tenants should you ever need to get in touch with them.

Web App:

  1. Click the "Chat" Link in the top left hand corner of the page.

  2. Click on the name of the property in the left hand sidebar of the chat screen.

  3. This will open a chat box where you can message your tenants, this chat is open for all tenants so they will all see and be able to reply to your messages.

Note: This chat display will contain messages from all tenancies for this property. However the chat is restricted, so that tenants can only see messages from when they were in an active tenancy. They will not be able to see any future messages, nor write anything new once their tenancy has ended.
