What do I do when a tenancy is coming to an end?

Keyhook always notifies users well in advance of tenancy expiration so that both tenants and landlords can plan for what is next. In most cases, both the landlord and the tenant have the option of rolling over the current agreement with the same terms, or altering the terms in some way (i.e. increasing monthly rent, adding/removing chattels, changing the term of the tenancy, etc).

When either party wants to end a tenancy, you can give notice through the app or online. Keyhook prompts users early so that each party has enough time to plan for the future.
