How do I view the documents of my tenancy?

Keyhook removes the hassle of having to keep track of and store any of the documents relating to your tenancy, such as leases and bonds, by storing them securely in your tenancy profile.

Keyhook will archive documents for all past tenancies in case you ever need to review them again in the future.

Your documents are available to view at any time. In order to view these documents:

Web App:

1. Open up the dashboard in the web app.

2. Click on the property you wish to view documents for, this may be an active tenancy or a tenancy from the past.

3. Scroll down the page until you see the documents card.

4. Each document is labelled with what type of document it is, eg. Bond, Lease, Bond refund, etc.

5. Click on the document you wish to view, this will open a modal with the PDF embedded in it.

Mobile App:

1. Open up the mobile app.

2. Click on the property you wish to view documents for, this may be an active tenancy or a tenancy from the past.

3. Scroll down the screen until you see the documents card.

4. Each document is labelled with what type of document it is, eg. Bond, Lease, Bond refund, etc.

5. Click on the document you wish to view, this will transition to a new screen which has the document PDF embedded in it.
